I got treathed for the root of my 7th tooth in the back of my mouth (the very last tooth) and it took 45 minutes. I got so sick after that ،,my mouth and nose went dry for 2weeks and also I got a ton of nose bleed and a lot of mucus which I still has a little after 4 weeks. It's been hell. I went for restoration (filling) yesterday and I got scared because after the local anesthesia , I felt I'm having trouble breathing and again dry mouth. I kept drinking water. Still dry. And also again nasal congestion. (I'm not scared of dentistry or injections or whatever. Also I have high pain tolerance. I don't know but I think my body, at least my nose have problem with some chemicals. Because 5 years ago I had a terrible reaction to a perfume , after that I had terrible breathing for two years.) Sometimes I couldn't breath even if I opened my mouth widely , nothing. So now. Can I tell my doctor to just pull out the tooth? I'm gonna get braces anyway. And another doctor told me at least one tooth should be pulled out. Can I request for the 7th? Because I have read 4 or 5 is common not 7 Help meeeee

I had a tooth with the deepest hole a dentist has seen in a child and everytime i got it seen they put more and more fillings in and i always said it hurted and it got worse and when the tooth finally got out the dentist was so surprised on how it came out in a full and how deep the hole was especially the showing dead nurves too..some dentist need to listen1 even if theg are kids and they dont seem it. Just actually check not full it for two years.

This is an important step. I had work done at a place that didnt do this and had troubles with my bite. Which led to jaw pain. I had it fixed but must have waited too long because my jaw still gets stuck and pops 1 year after the fix. 😢

I'm surprised by the amount of dentist that don't do a copy of the teeth's anatomy. They just put filling on it, without anatomy, that's why patients have bite problems after dental work

My dentist told me that if you don't floss food will stay stuck on your teeth, make it's way to your gums and cause your teeth to loosen and fall out. Ever since then I've flossed twice a day, definitely worked for me😂

I had a cavity for at least five years before it turned into a half rotten tooth. I went to a dentist who said itd have to be surgically removed back when it was just a cavity. Years later I found a dentist that took my new insurance and went in for a consultation. I told him that I was told a few years ago that itd have to be surgically removed and when he looked at it hes like "nah I can pull it now" and he did. I also got my wisdom teeth taken out there and it was a much better experience than the other dentist I saw

You don’t need to act like you don’t know what’s happening. From the second I saw the brush and the flowable I was able to tell they’re doing a stamp technique filling. You don’t need to act and be like “oh I don’t know what they’re doing with that brush and flowable composite” and after they do the stamp “oh now I know what they’re doing”
